We specifically booked this hotel because of the pool which looks great in the photos. It was cold - unless you swam up and down continually it was too cold to stay in. Massive disappointment, food only so-so too.

We enjoyed a romantic escape in a unique hotel nestled in a lovely and quiet area, surrounded by beautiful gardens. The indoor heated swimming pool surrounded by lush plants gave us the feeling of being in a tropical paradise. The gym was equipped with various appliances and included a sauna and sunbeds. The location was ideal, being close to an adventure park and a supermarket.
Although the exterior of the hotel seemed well-maintained, we found some spider webs in the room, and the breakfast was expensive and not as satisfying as expected. some of the amenities, such as a fridge or double bed, were missing, lowering the comfort level of our stay.

Really good food, friendly staff, well-maintained indoor pool, suitable for families with children.

The staff was ultra friendly; when we had a problem with the internet connection, the lady at the front desk was extremely helpful, to the point of allowing us to use her connection.
The smell of the indoor swimming pool was distracting. We wanted to stay for a dinner one night at the hotel but the smell put us off.

I had a fantastic stay here! The location amongst the palms was absolutely stunning and created a tranquil atmosphere. The service from the housekeeping staff was exceptional, ensuring that my room was always neat and tidy. The welcome drink upon arrival was a lovely touch and made me feel instantly welcomed. The staff at the tours/ticket assistance desk were also very helpful in providing information about local attractions and activities. The room amenities were top-notch, with heating and air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort. I loved having tea and coffee facilities, as well as a mini-bar, and the sitting area was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The terrace with garden furniture provided a great space to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends.

It provides bath robe and slippers.
When we checked in, the staff did not speak English. I would call this a cheap motel, not a 4 star hotel as classified by you. It has no coffee maker in the room, no shower door/curtain. There is a greenish indoor pond that nobody swim. I would not book this place if not by your classification. I don't think I got my money worth, I doubt if I ever book from you again.

Very different to 'normal' hotel. The tropical pool surrounded by rooms was excellent for weekend break. Whatever the weather, you could just laze by the pool right outside your room, warm and relaxed. A bit like an american motel in respect of having covered parking right outside your front door. Once in your room, patio doors opened out onto the consevatory style tropical pool area with your own sun beds, table and chairs. Liked it a lot.
Looking a little tired. I would think it has been quite a few years since it has any refurbishment. Family run hotel with them doing most of the work, reception, cooking, serving etc. Food was excellent but service was unbearably slow - only 8 people in for dinner one evening and our meal took 2 hours from start to finish, 40 minutes between courses.
